Hello.  I’m Diane.

I grew up enjoying picking flowers,

collecting seashells, and sewing home decor.

My background includes serving in the US Air Force, earning a Degree in Interior Design, holding a Real Estate License, and, most recently, earning a Certification as a Specialist in Organizing.

Being Detail-oriented is Good;

being a Perfectionist — Not Always!

As a person struggling with OCD, and as a Reformed Sh*t Shifter, I’ve learned quite a bit over the years from my achievements and mistakes.

I‘ve overcome feeling that I couldn’t begin a project unless I could complete it perfectly at that time.  I was often left feeling paralyzed, only resulting in procrastination. 

I now know that small, consistent steps lead to big changes.
